Columbus Physical Therapy is celebrating its 40th year in business! CPT began providing physical therapy services to the Columbus community in October 1980. Since then, they have grown to serve a four-county area. Founding partner, Terry Sablatura, PT, graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and returned to his hometown of Columbus to establish Columbus Physical Therapy.

Over the past 40 years, Terry and the staff of Columbus Physical Therapy have served countless patients in multiple settings. They currently serve outpatients and inpatients in Columbus, Eagle Lake and Hallettsville, as well as providing care to special needs students in multiple school districts in the area.

Services include aquatic therapy, occupational therapy, and manual therapy, LSVT for Parkinson’s treatment, dry needling, lymphedema care, wound care, sports rehab, and post-surgical care.

Columbus Physical Therapy has grown from a modest staff of four members to a current active staff of 40. Columbus Physical Therapy is currently under the direction of Rachel Post, PT and Kristina Pflughaupt. CPT thanks the many patients, medical staff, and communities for 40 years of support!
