Equipping the Saints regional event set for Feb. 4

VICTORIA — The public is invited to attend the annual Equipping the Saints event on Saturday, Feb. 4 hosted by Trinity Lutheran Church, 106 N. DeLeon St.

Registration starts at 8 a.m., followed by an opening service at 9 a.m., workshops and a luncheon for participants. Attendees are encouraged to register by Feb. 1.

According to a release, the event is making a comeback from the pandemic and would like to help people in churches do their work in various communities, while helping with their personal and spiritual growth.

The theme of this year’s event is “The Post-Pandemic Church: Renewing the Health and Vitality of the Church in Mission.”

The event includes people and churches from 10 counties and is open to people of all denominations, according to a release.
