Keith Neuendorff emerged from the July 14 Primary Runoff election as the new Colorado County Commissioner for Precinct 3.
Neuendorff had a total of 606 votes, and his runoff opponent Dwain Dungen had 343 votes.
The seat will be vacated by Commissioner Tommy Hahn, who did not seek re-election.
A total of 1,719 Colorado County voters cast ballots in the Primary Runoff election.
There were 1,302 Republican voters and 417 Democratic voters.
Five ballots were cast blank.
