Carmen Cecilia Caro, age 66, passed away at Memorial Hospital in Sugarland Aug. 10. She was born on July 16, 1954 in Barranquilla, Colombia. Carmen was preceded in death by her mother Gloria Caro and father Eligio Cabrera. She is survived by her children Carmen Elisa, Rafael, Bertha, Yasmel, Erika, and William,
