Jo A. Craft, of Eagle Lake, passed away Nov.10 at the age of 89. She was born in Nettleton, MS March 17, 1930 to Lyman and Ruth (Knowles) Craft.

Jo was married to Bill Craft who passed away May 6, 2010. Jo enjoyed fishing, knitting and traveling. She was a retired clerk from J.C. Penny in Gainesville, GA. She came to Texas in 2004 to Eagle Lake to live with Glenda Blair, her daughter.

Jo was preceded in death by her parents, husband; brother, Lyman Craft; sisters, Patsy Johnston and Carol Lee; and great-granddaughter, Karissa Blair.

Jo is survived by her daughter, Glenda Blair and husband Bill; grandchildren, Brian Blair and wife Kim, Greg Blair and wife Aida; great grandchildren, Anessa Blair, Brooke Scanlon and Jacob Andre; and great-great grandchildren, Torilynn Blair, Ryker, Noah and Greyson; sisters, Agnes Dillan, Judy Hester and husband Eu-dean, Wanda Wood and husband Les.

A memorial service will be Saturday, Nov. 23 at 2:30 p.m. at Eagle Lake Nursing and Rehab, 400 South Austin Rd., Eagle Lake, with Rev. Stan Warfield officiating. Services under the direction of Henneke Funeral Home.
