Michael Timothy Hoffman passed away on Sept. 18. He was born July 30, 1971 to Mike and Linda Hoffman of Altair.

He is a graduate from Columbus High School in 1989, where he played football and was involved in FFA.

Tim’s life was in plumbing. Over the course of his career as a Master Plumber, he owned and operated his own business and worked for several plumbing companies.

He was an avid outdoorsman and taught his love of hunting to his son. From ayoung age, he preferred hunting and fishing over social gatherings. Being outdoors was where he was happiest.

Tim was survived by his three children, Caisey, Mackenzie and Hunter Hoffman, parents Mike and Linda Hoffman, sister JoAnna Hoffman Rinn (Dale), sister Angie

Hoffman Johnson (Bryce), nephews Wayne Rinn and Zane Johnson, and nieces

Carley Rinn, Jenna Johnson and Kaitlyn Johnson, grand-niece Loretta Ann Scherbig, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Robert and Mamie Lemley and Kenneth

Hoffman and Anne Hoffman Angel.

A Memorial Service will be Saturday, Oct. 2 at 10 a.m., at Henneke

Funeral Home, 1515 Montezuma Street, Columbus, TX 78934.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, facemasks and social distancing will be required at all times.
