Martha Lynn (Blair) Mikulenka, 59, of Columbus, passed away Oct. 24 in Columbus. She was born Aug. 4, 1961 to Johnnie Richard Blair and Leona Lena (Steinhauser) Blair in Columbus. On Feb. 12, 1994 she married John J. Mikulenka. Martha worked as a Department Manager at Wal-Mart for many years. Martha enjoyed crafting.
