Ruth Rutledge Brisco, of Sheridan, Texas, passed away on March 28, 2020 at the age of 93. She was born on December 24, 1926, near Brownwood, Texas to Houston and Matilda Isabelle McCombs Rutledge. Ruth graduated from Brownwood High School and received a Bachelors Degree from Howard Payne University in Brownwood.
