Cole and Kristin Zajicek are pleased to announce the birth of John Robert Zajicek at 4:38 p.m, on March 30, at Columbus Community Hospital.
He weighed 7 pounds and 12 ounces and measured 19.5 inches in length.
He was welcomed home by Michelle, 7, and Faith, 4.
His maternal grandparents are John and Brenda Mumma of Philo IL, and his paternal grandparents are Neal and Kelly Zajicek of Columbus.
His great grandparents are Bobby Zajicek and Lou McCabe of Columbus and Helen Dallas of Tuscola IL.
