OCTOBER 13, 2023

At 3:13 am Ofc. Kent assisted Colorado County Deputies on the 3900 block of Hwy 90 in reference to a suspicious vehicle.

At 8:26 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 500 block of Spring St in reference to an escort.

At 12:50 pm Det. Moulder responded to the 100 block of 1st Ave in reference to an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was located and removed from the property.

At 1:32 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 696 I-10 West bound Exit Ramp in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 3:06 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 1000 block Milam in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 7:39 pm Ofc. Kent responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was not located.

OCTOBER 14, 2023

At 6:35 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 3:59 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.

At 4:37 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning, and removed from the property.

OCTOBER 15, 2023

At 1:06 am Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1600 block of Back St in reference to loud music. The music was turned down.

At 9:00 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1700 block of Milam in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and taken to the city pound.

At 8:24 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a 911 hang-up. Ofc. Neumann arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 8:35 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1400 block of Crockett St in reference to an unwanted person. After further investigation, Naqita Carter was arrested for public intoxication and was transported to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 11:08pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 200 block of Smith St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

OCTOBER 16, 2023

At 6:25 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 11:15 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 1:20 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1500 block of Fannin in reference to burglary of a vehicle. Information was received.

OCTOBER 17, 2023

At 4:27 am Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1300 block of Rampart in reference to an unwanted person. After further investigation, Antonio Smith was arrested for duty upon striking a structure fixture, highway landscape, and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 11:30 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1100 block of Walnut in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning, and removed from the property.

At 2:00 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

OCTOBER 18, 2023

At 9:03 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma in reference to an abandoned vehicle. After further investigation, the vehicle was located and confirmed stolen out of Montgomery County.

At 12:01 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 800 block of Martin Luther King St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, Tyler Huntington of Columbus was arrested for assault family/household member with previous conviction and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 4:30 pm Cpl. Mayfield responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.

At 5:45 pm Cpl. Mayfield responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 6:31 pm Cpl. Mayfield responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

OCTOBER 19, 2023

At 8:00 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 100 block of Cardinal Ln in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was gone upon arrival.

At 8:49 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.

At 9:54 am Ofc. Kent responded to the 1100 block of Crockett in reference to a fire in the city limits. The owner was located and issued a written warning.

At 4:15 pm Cpl. Mayfield responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma St in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.

At 11:24 pm Ofc. Kent responded to the 1400 block of Montezuma in reference to a possible disturbance. The subjects were located and all was found to be in order.

OCTOBER 20, 2023

At 12:24 am Ofc. Kent responded to the 1200 block of Austin St in reference to burglary of a vehicle. Information was received case pending.

At 9:15 am Det. Moulder responded to the 1200 block of Fannin in reference to a 911 hang up. Det. Moulder arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 9:49 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 600 block of Front St in reference to burglary of a vehicle. Information was received case pending.

At 10:54 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 1:05 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 300 block of North St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 5:41 pm Cpl. Mayfield responded to the 100 block of North Oak in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 6:48 pm Cpl. Mayfield responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 8:20 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1400 block of Fannin in reference to a wanted person. After further investigationn, Angela Martinez was arrested on a Harris County warrant and was transported to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 8:37 pm Ofc. Kent responded to the 400 block of Jones St in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. Information was received case pending.

At 9:52 pm Cpl. Mayfield assisted Colorado County Deputies on 900 block of Brazos St in reference to a possible disturbance.

At 9:05 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 10:25 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2100 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

At 12:07 am Cpl. Neumann responded to the 1500 block of Bowie St in reference to loud music. The music was located and turned down.

At 12:48 am Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma in reference to a suspicious person. After further investigation, Santos Cortez Perez was arrested for public intoxication.

At 3:27 am Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1500 block of Bowie St in reference to a possible disturbance. The subjects were located separated and removed from the property.

At 10:40 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2300 block of 2300 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 10:50 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1200 block of Dewees St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 1:20 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a suspiciouss person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 12:02 am Ofc. Godfrey assisted Colorado County Deputies on the 4000 block of US 90 in reference to an alarm.

At 1:10 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 300 block of Houston St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 3:59 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to an alarm. the building was found secure.

At 5:21 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to possible Theft. Information was received.

OCTOBER 24, 2023

At 9:03 am Det. Moulder responded to the 1100 block of Walnut in reference to burglary of a vehicle. Information was received case pending.

At 9:37 am Det. Moulder responded to the 1400 block of Fannin in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 3:50 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 2100 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning and removed from the property.

At 5:32 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a wanted person. After further investigation, Gayle Ramirez was arrested for possession of controlled substance, and criminal trespass and was transported to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 6:06 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

OCTOBER 25, 2023

At 12:11 am Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 10:41 pm Ofc. Kent assisted Colorado County Deputies on the 4800 block of I-10 in reference to an alarm.

At 8:26 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.

At 1:34 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 300 block of Malleck St in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 3:07 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 5:00 pm Lt. Daniel responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to possible threats. Information was received.

At 4:00 pm Cpl. Mayfield responded to the 1100 block of Milam in reference to a scam. Information was received.

At 8:15 pm Ofc. Kent responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

At 8:41 pm Ofc. Kent responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 9:55 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 800 block of Live Oak St in reference to possible Theft. After further investigation all was found to be in order.

At 1:17 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 800 block of Milam in reference to loud music. The music was located and turned down.

At 2:02 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 1300 block of Montezuma in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

At 4:21 am Cpl. Mayfield responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.

At 6:30 pm Cpl. Mayfield responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 11:46 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and all was found to be in order.

At 10:43 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 100 block of Railroad Ave in reference to possible shots fired. Information was received, case pending.

At 2:19 am Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and all was found to be in order.

At 11:50 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1000 block of New World Dr in reference to possible assault. Information was received case pending.

At 3:50 pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 600 block of Preston St in reference to a disturbance. After further investigation, the subjects were located, separated, and removed from the property.

At 3:55 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 600 block of Preston St in reference to a disturbance. After further investigation, Pedro Serrano of Columbus was arrested for Public Intoxication and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 9:43 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1100 block of Jackson St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 3:55 am Cpl. Neumann responded to the 900 block of Front St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
