JUDITH “JUDY” RUTH WHITE
She was born on August 14, 1940, to Ernest Earl Smith and Ruth (Hammond) Smith. Judy grew up in Wells with her family and after marriage moved to Columbus. She had many friends that made her life full of love. She was an avid gardener, crafter, and loved to fish.
Judy was a beautiful, friendly lady who loved her family. She deeply loved her parents, Ernest and Ruth Smith, and sisters, Bobbie, Frankie, and Carolyn. She adored her family, especially her two sons. Her time spent with her mother and sisters was priceless. Judy enjoyed her grandchildren and loved playing basketball and board games with them. She was an accomplished cook who mastered the best pot roast ever.
Judy is survived by her sons Barry White and wife Michele of Houston and Keith White of Katy; sister Frankie Arnold of Tyler; grandchildren Ryan Keith White, Dylan Matthew White, Sarah Jensen Williams, Barry Donald White, Jr., and Brett Matthew White; great-grandchildren Beau White and Olivia Jensen White; and her former husband Jerry White and wife Nelda.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Ruth Smith; sisters Carolyn Jacobs and Bobbie Seymore; brothers-in-law Billy Arnold, H. C. Jacobs, and James Seymore.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 1 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Henneke Funeral Home in Columbus.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 2 at 1 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Wells, Texas.
Burial will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery in Wells, Texas.

Judy will deeply be missed.
