Alan graduated from Columbus High School Class of 1971. He married Liz in May 1986. They had two sons, Trent and Trevor.

Alan was always a cowboy even when he was delivering Cat Spring’s mail. He retired from his mailman duties in 2019. He still hauled hay and helped out whenever and wherever he was able…. especially if beer was involved. He was always the life of the party!

Alan was preceded in death by his parents.

His wife of 40 years, Liz; two sons and daughters- in-law, Trent and Katie, and Trevor and Lexie.

Grandchildren: Sadie, Tinsley and Treyton, with two more on the way.
