BARBARA ANN KINCANNON
BARBARA ANN KINCANNON
Barbara Ann Kincannon passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on Feb. 21, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Barbara was born Feb. 23, 1940 to Steve and Mary Mensik in Plum, Texas. After spending her elementary years in Plum, the family moved to Columbus, Texas where she attended Columbus High School and graduated in 1958. It was there she met the love of her life, Sidney Kincannon. They married on Sept. 27, 1958, celebrating 65 years of marriage this past September. Barbara loved to dance, enjoyed playing cards and had an unbelievable green thumb. She loved to cheer on her kids and granddaughter in school activities and sports, never missing a game. She had a beautiful smile and infectious laugh that would fill your ears and make you laugh right along with her. She will be deeply missed. 03/15/2023 12:00 AM

A new beginning
I came to Texas ChalleNGe Academy for a second chance at life. After making some bad decisions in my life, I realized that if I wanted to be a successful adult, I would need to make some changes in my life as a teen. Somehow God led my mother to learn about TCA, and I applied and was thankfully accepted. 03/15/2023 12:00 AM
