On Thursday, October 5, Eagle Lake Noon Lions Club welcomed historian Dr. Sandra Thomas and Jerry Sims, General Manager of Eagle Lake Rod and Gun Club. COLLEGE STATION – USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) reminds drought impacted producers that they may be eligible for financial assistance through the Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees, and Farm-Raised Fish Program (ELAP), Livestock Forage Disaster Program (LFP) Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) and Emergency Haying and Grazing on Conservation Reserve Program to provide financial assistance to eligible producers for 2023 grazing losses due to a qualifying drought or fire and provide water for impacted livestock. 10/11/2023 12:00 AM

COLUMBUS – The fight to restore and maintain the R.E. Stafford Opera House has gained momentum as donors have contributed a significant amount of funding to assist the cause.
