Since then, they have grown to serve a four-county area. Founding partner, Terry Sablatura, PT, graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and returned to his hometown of Columbus to establish Columbus Physical Therapy.

The Columbus Physical Therapy Clinic will move from the Columbus Medical Clinic building once the Wellness Center construction is completed. This will enable them to expand their services and accommodate their continuous growth. The Wellness Center will feature a Columbus Community Hospital Community Center. The Center will highlight all aspects of wellness, including a teaching kitchen, diabetic classes and an event room.
