Starting Jan. 4, office hours at the designated offices will be expanded to 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday. (Current business hours at those offices are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Customers can begin making appointments for these new time slots immediately.
Read more(AUSTIN) — Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced Dec. 10 he will send cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose taxing districts $790.3 million in local sales tax allocations for December, 3.7 percent less than in December 2019. These allocations are based on sales made in October by businesses that report tax monthly.
