EMS open house May 24

Colorado County Emergency Medical Services has set an open house for May 24 to help celebrate national EMS Week.

The event will begin at 5 p.m. and continue until 8 p.m. at Colorado County EMS’ Station 1, located on Radio Lane in Columbus.

EMS trucks will be on display, along with the county’s search and rescue drone, and PHI’s Med 7 medical evacuation air ambulance.

There will also be a bounce house for children and complimentary hamburgers and hotdogs. All county residents are invited to attend.
