CRUZ

Gabriel Aron Cruz was born and passed away May 30 in Austin. His parents, Matthew and Vanessa Cruz, were able to treasure him in their arms before he joined the angels in Heaven.

Gabriel leaves behind to remember him: his parents, Matthew and Vanessa Cruz of Columbus; his brothers Aidan, David and Joseph Cruz; grandparents Oscar and Esther Franco, JoAnna Gonzales and husband Paul Scott, and Jose Cruz; uncles Jose Cruz and wife Erica, Marc Franco and wife Jessica, and Oscar Franco and wife Brittany; and aunts Marcella Pflughaupt and husband Luke, Sulema Cruz and Alicia Castilla and husband Dominic.

Gabriel was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Natividad and Estella Martinez and Paul and Aurora Gonzales.

A private family gathering was held for Gabriel.

His family is happy to know that he is one of the Lord’s angels and that he is at peace.
