MCTEAR

Naylia McTear was born in 1970 in El Campo. She attended school in Eagle Lake, and graduated from Rice High School in 1988. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix. Naylia was working on her master’s degree at the time of her passing.

Naylia departed this life Feb. 27. She leaves to cherish her memories a son, Christian (Robby); one sis ter, Bobbie; one brother, Anthony; very special friends and Godparents of Christian, Michael and Michele McDonald; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The celebration of life was Saturday, Mar. 12 at Greater Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Eagle Lake.

Interment is in Eagle Lake Cemetery in Eagle Lake.

Final arrangements were under the direction of Ben Davis Funeral Home of Columbus.
