To The Citizens of Colorado County, I cannot sit idly by and watch the character assassination of Colorado County Appraisal Board Member James Prichard. I represented Mr. Prichard in his ARB hearings. In my opinion, he was singled out by the then outgoing Chief Appraiser. Mr. Prichard was the only Board Member whose property values were exponentially increased unilaterally without any evidence.
