CASA workshop May 13

Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children of South Central Texas has set a workshop on creating caring connections to help caregivers create and maintain connections with children who have experienced trauma May 13 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the CASA offices in Brenham.

Participants will learn the importance of building a connection with children, and how to strengthen these connections.

The workshop will be conducted by Arnold Valdez, BA, LCPAA. For over 20 years, he has worked with children from difficult populations including homeless youth and foster children.
