ANNAPOLIS, MD. – Corbin W. Deviney, grandson of Walt and Cheryl Rognerud of Weimar, successfully completed four years of challenging academic, physical, and professional military training, graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy, May 27, with a Bachelor of Science degree in History and a commission as an U.S. Navy Ensign.
