JAN.10 On Sunday, at 1:58 p.m., Officer L. James was dispatched to Norris St. in reference to a Disturbance. Officer James arrived at the residence and made contact with the complainant. She advised getting into a verbal argument with her boyfriend. Officer James didn’t observe any visible signs of an assault.
