Colorado County Sheriff’s Office would like to acknowledge fallen officer Deputy Carlos Ortiz, who passed away last year from COVID-19. Deputy Ortiz was employed with the Colorado County Sheriff’s Office for 15 years as a Deputy and Jailer.
