Texas A&M Forest Service is awarding $8.25 million through the Texas Climate-Smart Initiative, a financial incentives program to fund non-industrial, private, small-acreage landowners. COLUMBUS – Early voting is in full swing in Colorado County as the first wave of polling for the March 5 primaries comes close to an end.
