WEIMAR — The City Council held a regular meeting on Thursday, Feb. 9.Mayor Milton Koller read a Black History Month proclamation recognizing the contributions that African Americans have made to the community as well as their achievements.The council discussed whether to grant funds for the Texas Independence Relay, March 25-26.
