Jurline Halfmann Huebel, age 86, of Columbus, passed away May 19 in Columbus.

She was born July 9, 1933 to Anton J. Halfmann, Sr. and Vlasta (Kulhanek) Halfmann in Frelsburg. On Feb. 15, 1958 she married Albert Huebel.

Jurline was a homemaker and former daycare owner.

She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Mary Queen of the Snows and St. Anthony Altar Society.

Jurline enjoyed gardening, canning and fishing. She enjoyed working in her flower beds and spending time with her family.

Jurline is survived by her sons Randy Huebel and wife Sylvia, Michael Huebel and wife Lorna, John Huebel; sisters Virgina Faldyn, Janice Kasmiersky and husband A.K., Dianne Seidel and husband Edwin, Gladys Stolle, Ellen Vasek; brothers Joe Halfmann, Raymond Halfmann and wife Sharon; grandchildren Amber Bryant and husband Robert, Melanie Zavala and husband Luis, Natalie Huebel, Aaron Huebel, Danielle Escamilla; great-grandchild Spencer Zavala.

She was preceded in death by her parents Vlasta and Anton J. Halfmann, Sr.; husband Albert Huebel; brother Anton Halfmann, Jr.; brothers-in-law Joe Faldyn, Leon Stolle, Charles Vasek; sister-in-law Margie Halfmann.

A private Catholic Daughters Rosary for the family was Friday, May at Henneke Funeral Home. A private family funeral service was Saturday, May 23 at 12 noon at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Fr. Augustine Asante officiating. Burial followed at St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in Columbus.

Pallbearers were Aaron Huebel, Robert Bryant, Luis Zavala, Steven Vasek, Arthur Faldyn and Billy Vasek.
