Close to 50 vendors including artists, craftspeople, bakers, canners, wineries, barbecue, breakfast tacos, egg rolls and designer brownies were on hand for the large crowd of enthusiastic shoppers. Read more(Columbus) - The Columbus Chamber of Commerce is hosting its first annual Scarecrow Decorating Contest, and everyone is invited to join the fun. There are two divisions – youth (under 18) and adult, and the rules are simple. Your scarecrow must be freestanding and be done in “good taste.” A $10 entry fee per scarecrow is required. The winner in each division gets one-half of the entry fees, and the Chamber keeps the rest. There is no limit on how many scarecrows you may enter.
