Jahaven Johnson came in fourth place in the Long Jump. Jordan Woods got fourth place and Ty’Vonne Whitehead came in fifth in the 100 Meter Dash. Both Jahaven Johnson and Jordan Woods placed high enough to advance to Regionals.

Read moreOn their way to the district championship, the Lady Cards softball team steamrolled over Tidehaven and shut out Palacios. Columbus met Tidehaven on Tuesday, Apr. 13, and sailed to an easy 15 run win while allowing Tidehaven to score only one run. The Lady Cards dominated both defense and offense with pitchers Calle Collier and Sarah Randermann throwing 73 pitches and 13 pitches respectively.
